Corporate and branding photography in Tampa

Stock photos look like stock photos. A branding session gives you a library of real images of your people, your space and your work, sized for your website, social channels and print, with usage rights spelled out in the quote.

When a branding session makes sense

  • A website redesign or rebrand
  • Social media that needs a backlog of real photos
  • A new office, clinic, restaurant or showroom
  • Team pages that are a mix of selfies and old headshots
  • Founder and personal-brand images for speaking and press
  • Annual reports, recruiting pages and investor decks

What gets photographed

Team and leadership

Individual portraits and group photos with a consistent look. See headshots for a team-only day.

Workspace and exteriors

Offices, clinics, kitchens, shops and storefronts, photographed clean and in good light.

People at work

Candid, directed images of your team doing the actual job, for pages that need to show how you work.

Products and details

Hands, tools, materials and finished work, for the images that fill out a site. See product photography.

Founder and personal brand

A set of images for a consultant, agent or practitioner who is the brand.

Quarterly refreshes

Shorter return visits so social channels and seasonal campaigns keep fresh images.

How a branding shoot works

  1. Shot list. A short call to map what you need: team, space, process, products, details. You get a written list before the day.
  2. The shoot. Half a day or a full day on site, working through the list with minimal disruption to your business.
  3. Selection. A proofing gallery to choose from, or the photographer selects for you if you'd rather.
  4. Delivery. Edited images in web and print sizes, organized by use, with the license terms in writing.

What affects the price

  • Half day or full day on site.
  • Number of locations and people.
  • Number of final edited images.
  • Usage scope: web and social only, or print, advertising and paid media too.
  • Hair, makeup and styling if you want it arranged.

You get a written quote for your session before anything is booked.

Branding photography for Tampa Bay businesses

Tampa Bay's business photography runs from medical and dental practices and law firms to restaurants, builders, boutique fitness and the tech companies filling Water Street and Westshore. Each needs a different library: a dental office wants a bright, calm space and friendly staff; a builder wants crews, sites and finished homes; a restaurant wants the room at golden hour and the kitchen in motion.

Exteriors here are best shot early morning before the sun goes flat and hot, and in summer the blue-sky window closes by early afternoon. If the shoot needs aerials of a campus, a site or a storefront, see drone photography.

Common questions

Do we own the photos?

You receive a license to use them for your own marketing, and the quote states the scope. Broader or exclusive rights can be included if you need them.

How many images will we get?

A half day typically produces a few dozen final images; a full day more. The quote gives a number so you can plan.

Will the shoot disrupt the office?

A little, for short stretches. The shot list is sequenced to move through spaces quickly and photograph people in short blocks.

Can you also shoot video?

Short video clips for social and website headers can be added to most branding shoots. Ask when you request a quote.
