A plan for the light
You're told the best time for your location and date, and what to do if the weather turns.
Direction during the shoot
Posing, grouping and timing are handled by the photographer, so people who don't like being photographed still look like themselves.
Delivery on a stated turnaround
The gallery arrives when you were told it would, with download and print options.
Insurance and drone certification
Sessions are photographed by insured local photographers. Aerial work is flown by FAA-certified drone pilots. Florida does not license photographers, so the things to ask any photographer about are insurance and, for aerial work, FAA certification. Commercial drone flights in the United States require a remote pilot certificate under FAA Part 107, and you can read the rules at faa.gov.
